I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for the new lease on life I have since starting the H. diet almost 7 weeks ago. For 36 years I have suffered from migraine headaches every month. As I have gotten older they have become more frequent and always last for 4 days.
About 2 years ago I began taking Imitrex which was the only thing I have found to give any relief, but it was extremely expensive and I felt guilty every time I took it. When we found out three months ago that our 24 year old son had cancer, our whole family decided to go on the Hallelujah diet(information about it given to us by a friend.)
Our son is eating almost exclusively raw and doing very well. My husband and I have both noticed several positive changes. But for me the most amazing thing has been that since starting the diet, I have not had one migraine!!! After all those years, all it took was something as easy as changing my diet. I am so grateful to the Lord and for your willingness to share this much needed information so we could become well.
