Sunrise Juice

Sunrise Juice

Easy to make, hard to resist! A tart and tangy delight, Sunrise Juice contains both grapefruit and lemon plus a kiss of ginger for a healthful zing! Since disease proliferates in acidic conditions, it only makes sense to eat as many alkaline-forming foods as possible; and despite their acidic taste, citrus fruits like grapefruit and lemon are two of the most alkaline foods you can eat! As you probably guessed, alkalinity equals disease prevention. And in the case of grapefruit, that alkalinity comes partially in the form of phytonutrients called limonoids. Limonoids inhibit tumor development by promoting the formation of glutathione-S-transferase, a detoxifying enzyme. This enzyme sparks a reaction in the liver that helps to make toxic compounds more water soluble for excretion from the body. And the pulp of citrus fruits like grapefruit contain glucarates, compounds that may help prevent breast cancer.

Like a glass of happiness for your health, Sunrise Juice gives your taste buds something to cheer about — and gives your immune system something to work with!
