These aren't separate problems. They're usually the same one — a body that isn't getting what it needs, in an environment that keeps asking more of it than it has to give.
The Hallelujah Diet was built around a simple, biblical truth: when we feed the body what God designed it to receive — whole, living, plant-based food close to the way it was created — the body has a remarkable ability to restore itself.
Not because of anything we invented. Because of how it was made.
Most of what the body struggles with traces back to what it isn't getting. Real, living food changes that equation — quietly and quickly.
Processed food, environmental toxins, chronic stress — these pull the body away from its natural state. Less of the wrong things creates room for restoration.
God built the body to heal itself when given what it needs. Start supporting that design and the results tend to surprise people.

What Is the Hallelujah Diet?
A simpler answer than you might expect.
The Hallelujah Diet is a whole-food, plant-based way of eating rooted in Genesis 1:29 — the verse where God describes the food He originally gave to humanity. Fruits. Vegetables. Seeds. The plants of the field. Nothing complicated. Nothing hidden.
For more than thirty years, we've helped people return to that simple framework — adding more living, plant-based foods to their daily lives, supporting their bodies with concentrated nutrition through fresh juices and quality supplements, and gently letting go of the ultra-processed, nutrient-empty foods that quietly drain so many people of their energy.
This isn't a 30-day challenge or a temporary cleanse. It's a way of eating that meets you wherever you are — and walks with you for as long as you want to keep going. You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to do it all at once. You just have to begin.
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
— Genesis 1:29 (KJV)
There's more to this story than just the food.
↓Two generations. One message.
Over 30 years, one family, and a conviction that hasn't needed updating.

George & Rhonda Malkmus
George started Hallelujah Acres after his own recovery. Rhonda made it liveable — the recipes, the books, the proof that eating this way could be a pleasure rather than a sentence.

Paul & Ann Malkmus
Paul and Ann carry it forward now — a team in the same spirit as George and Rhonda, giving direction and keeping the conviction alive. Same formula, same growers, same heart.
In 1992 this sounded strange: eat the way Genesis 1:29 describes, and give the body what it needs to heal itself. People called it fringe. Then the research caught up — plant-forward eating, raw food, gut health, whole-food nutrition. The rest of the world arrived at conclusions this family had been living for thirty years.
We never pivoted to a trend. We just never left.
"While helping my mom, as we were cleaning out cabinets, I came across some literature from Hallelujah Diet. I asked her about it and she told me she had ordered everything to go on the diet, but didn't stay on it very long. I brought home the books and the juicer and started immediately."— A nurse of 20 years, from our testimony archive. She's one of thousands who first heard about this from their mother.
