Dear Rev. Malkmus, I am a 57-year old woman with Multiple Sclerosis. When I first tried The Hallelujah Diet I was fed up with our 'health care' system.
I have been on a quest for health ever since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) many years ago. My journey has been a long but steady one.
At times, before the Hallelujah Diet, I wondered if I would ever live long enough to see her mature. And as for our son with MS, he has totally changed his diet and is doing better than when he was first diagnosed about five months ago. He and his wonderful wife are expecting their fifth child.
I had been in a wheelchair for ten years after being told I would never walk again. By changing my diet to mostly raw, I cured myself and am not only out of the wheelchair walking again, but [have] lost 80 pounds
I cried as I realized that she was God's confirmation to me that this Hallelujah Diet was the answer to my prayers.
At the time, I didn't consider myself to have many health problems (quite delusional I might add), but I knew that if I didn't do this diet with Dave it wouldn't be successful, as I was the one preparing our family's meals. I did not want to loose my husband to disease and was willing to do anything to help him. With my Lord at my side I began to consume knowledge to understand how to do this thing, how to feed my family, how to renew my mind.
Dr. Malkmus, I want to thank you for sticking in there and getting this word out to the world. So many of us are skeptical and will not try anything new, but thank God I did. Now I am singing praises to God for this miraculous healing in my life. Hallelujah!
Since I've been feeding my body living, healthy food, it has responded positively and begun to heal itself. If you're suffering from some health problem, then change your eating habits. You're never too old or too sick.
Since going on The Hallelujah Diet two and a half years ago, none of us have been sick, and we are enjoying improved health and quality of life and now feel we can fulfill God's purpose in our lives.
Feels good to feel so healthy on a simple raw food diet and exercise regimen. Yes, it is that simple! Fruits, vegetables, vegetable juices, Udo's Oil, a variety of nuts, grains, legumes, and as an insurance policy, dehydrated barley juice powder, just in case the fruits and vegetables come out of a soil that may have been depleted of minerals.
Last month, my husband had to go on a business trip, so I went with him. I walked all over the city. When ever my husband would go out site seeing with me, we would have to sit down and rest because he would get tired and have to rest. He told me that he couldn't believe that less than 1 year ago I could hardly walk from one room to the next without being totally worn out and now was out-walking him. Praise God for bring such a simple answer which has allowed me to live again! I feel great!
People are constantly telling me how healthy I look and I keep passing on the good news that "you don't have to be sick!" Several friends have started the diet as well as three of my daughters and two of my granddaughters.
