The Most Dangerous Foods We Can Fuel Our Body With

The Most Dangerous Foods We Can Fuel Our Body With

Last week, we took a brief look at the Standard American Diet (SAD) and saw that in almost every area of nutrition it is woefully lacking.

Today, we are going to zero in on what I consider to be the most dangerous and destructive of all the foods we have available with which to fuel our bodies: animal sourced foods.

Animal sourced foods, both meat and dairy, are the cause or contributing cause of the majority of the physical problems being experienced today.

Animal Sourced Foods Foods Are The Most Dangerous Of All Fuels?

The most dangerous diets are those that contain foods coming from an animal, and it doesn’t matter which animal that food is coming from, or whether it is the flesh or the milk of that animal! All animal sourced foods are dangerous fuels that have the potential of doing great harm to the body.

If this is true (and The China Study proves scientifically that it is true), then we must conclude that any diet that promotes animal sourced foods is a dangerous diet! And the greater the percentage of animal sourced foods contained in a diet, the more dangerous that diet becomes.

Do you realize just how many diets contain animal sourced foods?

This includes not only the Standard American Diet (SAD), which we spent an entire Health Tip exposing last week, but would also include the Atkin’s Diet; Maker’s Diet; South Beach Diet; Blood Type Diet; Jenny Craig Diet; Zone Diet; Weight Watchers Diet; Nutri-System Diet, and we could go on.

Plant Sourced Foods Are The Best Fuels

Vegetarian diets, which contain no meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or fish), but do allow some dairy and eggs are naturally low in saturated fat, high in fiber, and full of vitamins, minerals, and cancer-fighting compounds.

A multitude of scientific studies have shown that vegetarian diets have remarkable health benefits and can help prevent certain diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.

Vegan diets, which contain no meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or fish) and differ from a vegetarian diet by excluding all dairy and eggs, are even healthier than vegetarian diets. Vegan diets contain no cholesterol and even less fat, saturated fat, and calories than vegetarian diets because they exclude dairy and eggs.

The China Study reveals that health benefits increase as the amount of food from animal sources in the diet decrease, making vegan diets the healthiest diets available to mankind today. God’s original diet, as found in the Bible in Genesis 1:29 was a 100% vegan diet.

Genesis 1:29 Diet

To determine what diets are the best diets, containing the best fuels with which to nourish the human physical body, we need a standard to weigh all diets against! And there is only one place we can go to find that standard – the Bible – the Word of God!

In the Bible, in the book of Genesis, we learn that God created Adam, the first human to walk the face of this earth, along with the building materials God used to create him:

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
Genesis 2:7

Next we learn that God planted a Garden “And the Lord God planted a garden eastward of Eden. . . (Genesis 2:8).(Note: On each of the six days of creation, all God had to do was speak the words and each day of creation was fulfilled. But when it came to the garden into which God placed Adam the Bible says “God PLANTED a garden.”

And what did God do next?

“And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden, to dress it, and to keep it.”
Genesis 2:15

And finally we learn what God told Adam he should eat in order to properly nourish his God created physical body.

“AND GOD SAID, Behold, I have given you every herb (VEGETABLE) bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the FRUIT of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat (FOOD, FUEL).”
Genesis 1:29

The Hallelujah Diet

The Hallelujah Diet is a diet comprised of 100% plant sourced foods. It contains nothing of animal origin, no animal flesh or dairy, and thus is patterned after God’s original Genesis 1:29 vegan diet.

Furthermore, we have learned earlier that scientific research of The China Study “shows that health benefits increase as the amount of food from animal sources in the diet decreases, making vegan diets the healthiest diets available to mankind today.”

Why Are Animal Sourced Foods So Dangerous?

There are so many reasons why the flesh and milk of animals are so dangerous, but first and foremost, the human body as designed by God was not built to efficiently handle flesh foods. Here’s the proof…

Flesh Foods Are Devoid Of Fiber

The digestive tract of man is approximately 30 feet in length and has many loops, pockets, and bends. The digestive tract of the human body was designed by God to move food through those 30 feet by means of fiber.

The only source of FIBER is plant sourced foods. There is absolutely NO FIBER to be found in anything of animal origin.

The plant based diet God told man he was to consume for nourishment (fuel) in Genesis 1:29 was loaded with fiber. When high fiber foods are consumed, they digest quickly and complete their journey through the 30 feet of the digestive tract in about 16 hours.

Flesh foods, because they contain zero fiber, have nothing to propel them through the digestive tract. Because of this fact, flesh moves very sluggishly through the body, taking as long as 3 to 4 days to complete the journey that fiber does in 16 hours.

Body temperature is approximately 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. On that 3-to-4-day journey, flesh putrifies in an atmosphere of nearly 100 degrees. The putrefying of that flesh is the primary cause of body odor. Those who consume a 100% plant based vegan diet seldom experience body odor.

Putrefying flesh is also the primary cause of most colon problems – colitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulitis, diverticulosis, and colon cancer.

Here at Hallelujah Acres we have received testimonies of every one of these conditions simply going away after a person stops the intake of animal flesh and adopts a 100% plant based diet.

However, some knowledge is necessary when making the switch because raw vegetables can aggravate the condition for a short time. This is where the high intake of vegetable juices, which have had all fiber removed before consuming, comes to the forefront.

Fiberless juices provide the body with the building materials to heal the colon lining. It doesn’t take long for the lining to heal, at which time the individual can re-introduce fiber into their diet, ideally in the form of blended salads and smoothies.

Animal Foods Are Highly Acidic

Disease proliferates in an acid environment and has a very difficult time surviving in an alkaline environment. Animal sourced foods (flesh & dairy) are highly acidic while plant sourced foods are primarily alkaline. Our bodies were designed by God to be alkaline dominant.

Not to mention, acid foods are the primary cause of osteoporosis! Here’s why…

The pH scale runs from 0 to 14. Zero is 100% acid while 14 is 100% alkaline. The pH of our blood is approximately 7.35 on the pH scale, which is slightly alkaline. If the pH of the blood drops below 7.0 which is neutral pH, and into the acid zone – we die.

Our body’s primary function is survival. When we constantly place acid foods into our body, the body has to find a way to neutralize that acidity and keep our blood in the alkaline zone. The only means the body has to do this is to find something alkaline within itself to neutralize the acidity — that’s where calcium comes in.

Calcium is the greatest source of alkalinity in the body. In an effort to neutralize acidity, the body actually goes into the bones and teeth, extracting the calcium to neutralize the acidity. This causes the bones to become porous, resulting in osteoporosis.

An alkaline, vegan diet will not only prevent osteoporosis, but (with exercise) can usually restore bone density.

Animal Foods Are Too High In Fat

Humans need fat, but God designed us to receive our fats in the foods God told us we should eat in Genesis 1:29 — garden foods. Most plant sourced foods contain fat, with such foods as avocados, seeds, and nuts containing the highest amounts of plant sourced fats.

God did not design our bodies to receive our fats in the concentrated, saturated form coming from animals. Animal fat raises havoc within the body by building up on the arterial walls and hindering blood flow. Hindered blood flow causes the heart to have to pump harder to push the blood through the build-up.

This is the cause of high blood pressure for which people take medications. However, this high blood pressure medication does not stop the fat from building up. If animal foods continue to be consumed, the problem progresses until stents are needed to prop open arteries to allow the blood to flow through, and ultimately, by-pass surgery or a heart attack or stroke.

By simply eliminating animal sourced foods from our diet and converting to a 100% plant based vegan diet, we can reduce our risk of ever experiencing a heart attack or stroke by some 96%.

Animal Foods Are Too High In Protein

Our bodies need protein, and were designed by God to receive protein from the plant foods found in the garden. All plant foods contain protein in greater or lesser amounts. Avocados, beans, seeds and nuts are high sources of protein. Plant sourced proteins are good proteins.

Interestingly, all protein originates in plants. Plant eating animals receive their protein directly from eating the plant, while carnivorous animals receive their protein by eating the flesh of the plant-eating animals. When a human consumes the flesh of an animal, they are receiving concentrated protein into their bodies.

Our bodies were not designed to receive protein in such a concentrated form. These highly concentrated forms of animal protein can both cause and feed cancer. Concentrated and cooked animal protein is also the primary cause of arthritis, gout, and many other physical problems.

Conclusion

There is much more I could share here regarding the dangers of animal sourced foods. Except for the growth hormones and antibiotics found in commercially raised animal sourced foods, the above problems with animal sourced foods apply whether the product is coming from commercial or organic sources.

I personally eliminated all animal sourced foods from my diet more than 36 years ago. As a result of eating a vegan diet, my cancer simply went away! As I approach my 80th birthday, I am still alive and well on planet earth with a strong and healthy body and no physical or mental limitations.

May the information shared in this Health Tip cause you, dear reader, to seriously consider eliminating animal sourced foods from your diet and giving God’s original, Genesis 1:29 vegan diet a serious try. You have nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain.

That’s it for this week, and the Lord willing and if the creeks don’t rise too high, trust you will join us again next week for another exciting issue of the Hallelujah Acres Health Tip.

  1. thank you for the reminder Rev. Malkmus. Just this morning we (my husband & I) were praying for guidance & direction for a lifestyle diet that would change our bodies for the better. We have no prevailing health issues (Praising God!!) with the exception of carrying a bit too much weight & not having as much energy as we should. Funny thing is I switched completely over to your program years ago… we raised our 3 boys primarily on your diet all the way through High School ( I Home Schooled so I could control most of their food intake) I bought & read (rather I poured over) all your books, recipes & suggestions… trying it out on our family, marking our favs & so on… everyone was as healthy as could be, no sicknesses and our boys (& us) did fabulous on it…
but then, these past few years we veered from the HA lifestyle and introduced meats & foods we were used to not having… (thus, the weight & lack of energy…) I needed a good reminder of God’s most excellent plan for our bodies & I’m praying that we’ll be sold out to HA’s plan & never go back to the destruction of the SAD diet again. Please pray for us & for me to implement this plan again & have a renewed vision along w/ sharing w/ others the blessings that come from trusting God’s plan for our lives! Thank you again!
God bless you & continue to prosper you in your endeavors to share the good news of Jesus & His plan for optimal health!
    Sincerely, Marcy L. Downing~

  2. Not quite sure where I stand on this subject; my grandmother, who ate meat and alot of other animal products, lived to be 108. I’m sure a vegan diet has it’s merits, but I do think that moderation is the key to most health issues. Just my $0.02!
    Respectfully, Janet Schmidt

    • Genes may have something to do with it, but also the fact that a hundred plus years ago, people ate a lot more fresh food, naturally ripened, without chemicals, additives and pesticides and they worked hard physically, usually outdoors. They had no pollution, chemical cleaners or perfumed body spritz or lotion. This was a huge, huge advantage that we do not have today. We live in a toxic chemical soup. Also, she may have eaten meat a lot less often than you think in the first part of her life, maybe the first 40, 50 years or more. My grandmother lived in Eastern Europe, out in the country where she and her husband raised their own food and butchered their own animals if they wanted meat. My grandmother told me they usually butchered meat once a week, usually on the weekend and would make soup off the bones for Sunday. If they wanted meat, it was hard work for hours. Fast forward to 1982, when she came to the US and in a fairly short amount of time she and my grandfather started eating meat daily like the rest of us. Why? Because it was very convenient and easy to do so. Actually, it was dangerously easy and has become even more so as we have moved into the 21st century with more and more meat choices in the grocery stores, convenience foods, convenience stores, fast food places and restaurants cropping up everywhere with lots of meat readily available everywhere. We have a love affair with meat. It has become a very unhealthy addiction. There are some foods we should never consume, others only rarely, some occasionally and yet others daily and liberally at that. When you say “moderation”, in our society that means 3 square meals with meat( or eggs) at each one, just not too much. Sugar(soda, cake, ice cream, cookies) is fine, in fact everyday, several times a day, is very acceptable, but just not too much. Processed foods? Well, that’s ok, just not too much. This is how doctors and other’s generally reply. This is a recipe for disaster-for sure disease and death. It should be revelation and transformation that we are after, not moderation, because in reality the whole moderation approach is a joke and is failing miserably. Some things we need to eliminate altogether, not just consume in moderation, which doesn’t really mean anything anyway. This, I believe has a lot to do with why your grandmother lived so long and why people today are dying young and are sicker than ever. God’s ways are always best, He has never failed me yet and I know He never will. Blessings…

  3. It is true that the original diet was fruits and vegetables, but after the fall of man God commanded the His people to keep the passover by killing and eating the lamb every year. I totally agree that today’s meat is often not what it used to be. Grain fed animals are much too high in omega 6, for example.

Also, God told Moses to give the guidelines of what man could eat and that included a lot of meat. In my thinking the real food that makes people so obese and sick are all of the man made chemicals we have added to food and especially the corn syrups, white flour, and white sugars.

I would highly suspect that the China Study may not be including that those cultures ‘eating more meat’ may also have been eating more refined sugars and white flour too. There are other culture, for example in Africa, that live long and never get cavities yet include meat in their diets.

For me, I aim to try to eat only foods that God has made and pass on anything with a lot of ingredients I can’t pronounce. My diet also majors in fruits and vegetables, but does include some organic meat from time to time.

Well… the apostle Paul said that whatever we eat… meat or no meat… we all eat in appreciation to our God. I praise Him for all of the people you have helped, even if I don’t totally agree with everything thing you’ve written.

    • Good points Jean, but the life-span of man after the flood declined drastically. They had to eat meat as there was no vegetation. They call it “dead meat” for a reason. Live raw foods have so much more nutrition than dead or processed foods. They are generally low in fat and high in fiber too. Anti oxidants means anti-rusting and anti-aging so eat your fruits and vegetables! Get omega 3’s from nuts and seeds, Eating vegan is better for us, the animals, and the planet! Get your greens on!

      Martin,
      aka Dr food, RD, CDE.

    • The Passover was not commanded to change people’s eating habits. When Noah came out of the ark, they were told they could eat meat (from a specific group of animals only), because there were no fresh product growing on the earth at the time. If you study the Bible you will see that eating meat was an occasional event. Meat had to be cooked and consumed the day it was slaughtered. So, the average family would not have eaten meat every day. They would have done so for special occasions, a once of feast, and the whole community would have taken part to finish off the animal. If we eat meat, we are supposed to eat only grass-fed animal that chew the cud. Can your butcher tell you where the meat you buy comes from and how it was raised? If you’re right that we should eat what we eat in appreciation to God, then we should make sure that what we eat, is as close to what He commanded as we can possibly get it. My Mom’s favourite comment was: “When in doubt, walk out.”

    • I agree with Jean 100%. I believe we were meant to eat meat, organic, grass-fed, free-range, and eat it in moderation. Grains, fruits and veggies should always be number one in the diet though. Genesis 9:3 “Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.” God used the word “everything” twice.

    • Amen :0) for we are not to call anything unclean that the LORD has made clean…. whether we are talking about the cleansing of the soul from sin or our bodies from this toxic world… for there is nothing more toxic and deadly than sin… and most people dont realize that!

  4. If your body metabotically NEEDS rich protein sources to function optimally, then you have to eat meat/protein sources to BE healthy. Please read the studies on this and see that Vegan ISN’T the best for all.

    • I see the logic in the vegan diet, have read lots as well, and viewed Forks over Knives. We hardly ever eat any meat now, and don’t miss it either. But our Lord did serve fish to his disciples and feed 5000 with fish and bread. If he did that, it can’t be so completely unorthodox to eat. He would have told his disciples not to eat meat if it were so unhealthy. Yes I know fish farms aren’t great, etc, tuna, mercury, etc. But wild salmon? Not that I even crave it anymore, but I think it’s wrong to say NONE whatsoever.

      • The Bible gives two warnings: I Timothy 4 – gives a warning against those who command vegetarianism, forbidding to marry – but within this context God shows what clean foods a believer may eat.

“4 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and DOCTRINE OF DEMONS, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, 3 forbidding to marry, ( the catholic church has been doing this for hundreds of years) and commanding to abstain from foods which God created ( has to do with how the animals were created – clean and unclean Genesis 6) to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the Truth – (the Bible or Torah; this is where the Bible teaches that man is not to command people to be strictly a vegetarian. Man cannot command man not to eat beef or salmon – “clean foods.” ) 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; 5 for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. ( Leviticus 11;Deuteronomy 14.)

So, we only pray over and give thanks for what God has authorized to be eaten. This does not mean to eat only a vegetarian diet, but PRIMARILY a vegetarian diet which would include clean meats only ( no pork) and clean fish – not scavengers such as shrimp, lobster,

        • God has authorized in the New Testament (new agreement between God and man) to eat clean or unclean foods…period. Your point about commanding could be well taken except HACRES/Dr. Malkmus IS NOT COMMANDING anyone not to eat meat, clean or otherwise. They do not believe that one can’t give thanks for meat they eat. It is not a issue of godliness one way or the other. Vegetarianism is primarily no meat but allows meat by-products. Dr. M. is promoting a Vegan Diet (no meat or meat by-products). Promoting a diet for better health is not at all the same as COMMANDING. Saying, “eat this and not that or you will hurt your body”, is NOT commanding.
Dr. M. is however, telling us that it is unhealthy to eat meat (although ok with the Bible) and offers a diet plan that is in line with Gen 1:29 (the first bible diet plan) before the fall…which is proven to be many times more healthy.
1Tim does not apply. The only thing biblical that one cannot eat is strangled (not bled) animals because the life is in the blood and meat offered to idols.

          • Where on earth do you read in the NT that God AUTHORIZED unclean foods? Actually, the term is “unclean animals”. Unclean food is something different. Unclean animals were not created to be food, so God will never authorise the eating of unclean animals. Also, unclean food (contaminated food) is also harmful to our bodies (as unclean animals are), so it doesn’t make sense that God, who teaches that we should have holy bodies, would authorise us to eat stuff that would harm our bodies.

  5. You really should watch the DvD – “Forks Over Knives” It just might open up your little eyes as to why the VEGAN diet is better.

    • Yes. I did watch that and another one called ‘Vegicate’ or something like that. But I have also read Sally Fallon’s books and am very aware of Westin Price’s work. I’ve also read Dr. Fuhrman’s books and Jordan Rubin’s book. I tried being a vegetarian in my 20’s and I did not fare well under it. Got sick more and didn’t feel as strong. Seems like just about everyone agrees that Kale and dark greens are outstanding in any diet. Everyone’s body is just a little different and some, I believe, will function best with no meat but others should eat organic meat. There is also a book ‘Deep Nutrition’ that is good to read. Believe me, I’ve read a lot on both sides.

  6. It’s been proven that grass-fed, free range organic animal meat (as well as eggs, and raw milk products) are full of beneficial fats, and are not dangerous, but in fact healthy.

    • Not proven. Just studies done by the industry and supporting FDA and AG Dept. Beneficial over not eating, sawdust maybe, but plant based diet (though not popular, nor very profitable) is much, much better for anyone’s health.

  7. My grandfather chewed tobacco, smoked a pipe, loved oatmeal with butter and whole cream, then followed it with bacon and eggs and soaked his toast in the bacon grease. He lived a very healthy active life and died at 97 years old. Oh, he also loved an occasional glass of whiskey. Genetics!!

  8. For decades, it has been well established in our major medical journals that all forms of animal food, including dairy, are closely associated with most all human disease. This list includes all major western killers including all cancers, heart disease and diabetes. Moderating ones diet with these foods has been researched and proven not to reverse the above list of killer disease. This information is easy to look up and study at your local library. The truth is, those who eat these non foods are taking serious chances. Dr. J. Jankowski M.D N.D

  9. An additional important point I wish to discuss, is animal foods on the ORAC ( anti oxident measurement ) scale average a scant 17. The highest score ( around 60 ) is found in animal brain. The average plant food produces a score well over 1000. A quarter cup of raw spinach gives a person 10,000. This is a very good reason why plant foods are powerful in the human body to correct misfunctions. Although many want to believe organic meat and dairy is better, I have never read in any scientific journal organic meat and / or dairy is considered healthy. Dr. Jankowski M.D N.D

  10. Dear George Malkmus,
Enjoyed reading yoru article and I have changed my eating habits since June 2011, when i was diagnosed with D.C.I.S. after reading your articles, I am pleased to tell you that I am keeping well, but if in your opinion could you please let me know if i should go and have another mammogram and test or any other test that i should do. I live in Portland with my husband and 2 children and we live quite close to the Aluminium smelter here in S.W. Victoria, Australia.
Thanking you, i’ve been trying the recipes and they have all turned out delicious.
    Cheryl Leonard.

  11. I am definitely not a fanatic, but, having said that I believe that George is on the right track.
I subscribe to, and read a lot of health articles backing up what George says. In my own observation I have read that there are several types of vegetarians There are some that eat raw honey, organic unpasteurized butter, etc. and I even occasionally eat a small can of Pacific Red Salmon. After all we need the B12 from the Salmon. I buy as much organic as I can afford, and for my age I truly believe in moderation. According to Dr. Mercola’s website some can not get along on eating a solely vegetarian diet. Even taking into consideration the digestion aspect of not eating a solely vegetarian diet, we get the most nutrients from eating our fruits and vegetables raw. This is common knowledge and can be backed up in any of the numerous blogs I read. At my age being a vegetarian, and having out lived most of my childhood friends is extremely important to me. After all when we, or at least myself, is gone who is going to promote eating healthy, and I personally don’t think eating meat is healthy. After all, we keep reading about all the diseases that are spread by eating contaminated meat. Meat that has been shot full of steroids, etc. George is definitely on the right track. Look around at your family and friends. Are they going to out live you? I hope not, but it is a heck of a way to prove a point.
    Sid

  12. There’s always exceptions but the vast majority are slowing by ailments by age 40 and its a downhill heath slide from there. How much poison can one take in moderation without effects?

  13. I want to reiterate Dr M’s comments about protein. Your Doc., AMA, FDA, Ag Dept., Education Dept, public schools or colleges will rarely if ever tell you that there is protein in ALL fruits and vegetables. There only concessions is that you can get some protein from beans and nuts. The command by these institutions that we must eat meat or meat by products to get the only the right kind of protein is, I believe, a bald faced lie. If not then there just stupid…….or they think we are. I think the latter. Do you really believe that you can cook/kill all the nutrients in some dead flesh and be physically blessed? It can’t happen. Pasteurization kills all nutrients and has to be replenished with processed vitamins and minerals. As much as I like Tropicana, it cant stand up to what freshly juiced oranges do for your body.
You need living cells to replace dying cells which can only be found in fresh fruits and vegetables. For obvious reasons, organic is best.

My testimony is that if I adhere to a Vegan diet (I like the Hallelujah Vegan Diet…there are differences in Vegan diets BTW), my blood pressure is normal without fluctuations and off BP meds. This is something my Dr. said cannot happen and I would have to take them the rest of my life. What a cure!!?? That’s what our experts in the medical field say…now their SLOWLY changing their tune.
Well thats enough. The Rev. has said it all before.

  14. FYI: A few years ago, at age 40, I started and followed the Hallelujah diet 100%. Within 3 weeks, my fibromyalgia and heart problems completely disappeared (and I had those problems for about 10 years). My fibromyalgia was crippling and I had problems throughout my entire body, until I started juicing and eating raw. This diet has helped many of my friends and family members to overcome major health problems, including major kidney problems.

  15. I have a concern. My husband is allergic to all nuts, including almonds. Alot of your recipies include nuts (almond milk, etc.). How am I supposed to make these dishes without the nuts or almond milk? Lrowe – South Carolina

  16. DrJerryLeeHooverND

    Hello George,

Everything you have just mentioned is true, I published a book, NATURAL MEDICINE, over 20 years ago that says everything you have just talked about and more. You can down load my book free from my web site http://www.cancernaturalcure.com

    God Bless,
    Dr. Hoover N.D.

  17. Genesis 9:3 “Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.”

  18. So I guess the Lord made a grave error when He instructed the children of Israel to eat certain meat: ev 11:2 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘These are the animals which you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth:
Lev 11:3 Among the animals, whatever divides the hoof, having cloven hooves and chewing the cud—that you may eat.”
