  1. The survival bars are delicious. They are the healthiest snack bar I know of. Survival bars make a good meal replacement, snack or dessert.

    I prepare my food every day and take it with me if I’m away from the house. It is the best way to avoid temptation to eat unhealthy. Following a healthy regiment pays off in good health long term. It is worth the effort.

  2. The food prep involved with a plant based diet is very daunting to some people. It does make a difference when it comes to making sure you have a healthy option available. I always made sure to keep Survival Bars for road trips, plus I try to keep fresh fruit on hand. If you plan ahead, and take the time to prepare salads and snacks ahead of time, you will be more likely to stick to a healthier diet and lifestyle. I also love the idea of the Salad Box that Paul and Ann discuss in the Getting Started on The Hallelujah Diet DVDs. It doesn’t get any easier than having your salad ingredients prepped and ready in the fridge.
