  1. This is a good reminder how harmful process foods are for us. In addition to containing sodium and salt, usually they are full of sugar. I just came from the dentist. When I was in the dentist chair, I had a renewed commitment to avoid sugar.

    This video encourages me make wise choices when I reach for a snatch or pack fora a trip.

  2. This was a great video! Since starting to work here over the period of years I have heard about the process foods are bad for you. Its very interesting to hear more about how healthy raw foods are for bodies. Just to think the salt they put on the chips was bad.. It makes you think before you eat any process foods. Again good video.

  3. This is a great reminder that although processed foods may be easier to prepare for some people, the ingredients that are used to make those foods more appetizing are usually not good for us. When we prepare the whole foods ourselves, we control the ingredients and can make that conscious decision to make healthier choices.
