  1. I was reminded recently how beneficial the plant based diet is for the body. It is exciting to see how many ways we can make plant based foods taste good.

    Good health is worth all the effort. I agree that everything works together–eating, mental attitude, spirituality, sleep, exercise, rest, fun activities, social connections etc.

  2. I could not agree with this video more. I couldn’t imagine my life without my relationship with God! Scripture tells us in Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. I’m so thankful God is there to give us peace when we go through tough times!

  3. This was a good clip. I have to agree with my co-worker. Lord I don’t know what I would do without having a relationship with God! I love this scripture about resting. Matt 11:28-30 …Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” NKJV
