  1. Great Blog! the cravings for sugar can be real… I founded out that when you freeze grapes they become real sweet and frozen bananas are real good to in smoothies to have some sweet. I have not really tried any other type of fruit. Now I have added Raw honey to oatmeal which is good and the stevia in with Ice Tea and both gives good taste instead of regular sugar.
