  1. Great video! The items she listed to help with our immune system are all great. I use the nascent and the liposomal vitamin C which both are great products. I have seen the energy increase with me since adding these two supplements into my daily lifestyle. We must treat our bodies the way we should, coming from scripture 1 Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God?
