Can you tell me is there any way to tell or a test (blood) that can tell if you have gluten and MSG ? we are trying to get off all gluten and anything with gluten in it so hard … My husband is itching so bad he cannot sleep but maybe 4 hr a night, could it be a build up of MSG and Gluten in his body took blood test they came back normal . This sure is fun we are juicing and making our own bread and ect every thing from scratch lot of fresh fruit and veggie plus barley max .. Thanks you and God Bless all you do to help people .
