J. Dingledine’s Journey on the Hallelujah Diet

Learn about J. Dingledine's journey on the Hallelujah Diet:

"My name is J. Dingledine. I am 49 years old. My motto has always been that I am going to live to be a healthy 100. I have always been thin, so I believed that I was healthy and that I could eat anything I wanted, I also believed the faster I could prepare the food and the cheaper I could buy it, the better I was providing for my family.

I have suffered with severe constipation all my life and soda was my water. At age 44, my 10-year-old son was diagnosed with juvenile polyps, my husband with high blood pressure and my doctor told me that my cholesterol was moving into the danger zone.

About this time God spoke to my spirit and said, "Don't be so arrogant, if you keep eating this way, you will not live to be a healthy 100." My family history also showed that all the females in my family had and were dying of some form of cancer. So at 44, I repented of my arrogance and cried out for help, God brought several people into my life to show me the way to honor God with my body.

Since I have adopted the Hallelujah Diet, I am more regular, my cholesterol is beyond optimal, I have more energy, I sleep better, and I no longer fear getting cancer like the rest of the women in my family. The greatest blessing is that I can give God all the credit and my family has been blessed also. My husband lost 25 pounds and no longer has high blood pressure and most of all my 16-year-old daughter is a believer and has adopted the Hallelujah Diet and will continue to live the diet for the health of the next generation and more, Lord willing. I continue to pray for my 18-year-old son who rejects the truth of health and continues to destroy his body.

1 Cor. 6:19-20: Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your body."

    • According to my understanding of what Tonya Zavasta (Beautiful on Raw) says, eating and drinking raw food and juice is better for us than water. Fiber is important, but in addition, raw food and magnesium supplements are what keep me regular. According to Dr. Blaylock we can safely take 500 mg of magnesium twice a day. I take a combination of Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Malate as they are absorbed into the body better than the oxide and safer than the aspertate.

The most important aspect of the Testimony is the fact that eating or drinking anything that is injurious to the body is a sin against. The body which is a sin against God. She did the needful by going to God in repentance and God responded by bringing people across her way to tell her the truth. Eating right is the way to good health. 6. please does hallelujah diet help those with gird(reflux)

    • Hi Henry, I have had reflux and gastritis. I believe many factors contribute to this situation. I do not have any symptoms currently, but must be exceedingly careful what I eat, when I eat and how the food is prepared. For example, blending a salad and drinking it slowly, instead of eating it, helps my stomach tremendously. Not eating a heavy meal for dinner seems to help. Also, I believe over-eating and putting a burden on the GUT is one of the worse things for the GUT. I have found that eating a primarily raw food diet has helped my bowel movements. Keeping digestion moving and removing waste promptly is an extremely important factor.
If what you are currently doing is not working, you may be surprised at what BarleyMax and the Hallelujah Diet can do. But even on the Hallelujah Diet, we must cater to our specific needs. If you give it a try, let us know how it goes!
