I had been a vegetarian for the past eleven years, but did not eat much raw food. The result of eating all that cooked food was devastating! I know that God delivered me from all my diseases for a purpose. A gift isn't a gift until it is given away. I hope to share the good news of the gospel as well as the good news of the Hallelujah Diet. Thank you, Rev. Malkmus, for sharing.
That is enough in savings to cover my BarleyMax, Fiber Cleanse, B-12 supplement, and Udo's Oil Blend for a whole year. And I no longer have to buy aspirin, cold medicines, tissues, antacids, or laxatives. My snacks are raw fruits and vegetables and salads, which usually are the cheapest items on the menu when I go out to eat.
Praise His Name! Now weight is not my goal, but keeping this temple as clean and healthy as I can, is! I don't know of any other diet that promises health to me for the rest of my life. I am at jail two times a week, with other friends, bringing the redeeming love of Jesus to prisoners and giving out Bible studies to mature them in the faith. I feel that I was a prisoner, too, of this world's SAD diet, and the guilt that went with it.
I did not read your messages on 'How to Stop Cheating on The Hallelujah Diet!' I was always too busy to bother!
Dear Rev. Malkmus: I started your Hallelujah Diet on February 20, 2002. It's now been eight weeks since I started the diet, and I would say that the results are phenomenal.
I adopted the Hallelujah Diet and after some time my blood pressure leveled and my weight remained at a good level after quite a drop as my body adjusted to the new nutritious foods. Over these years, I have remained healthy and have continued to pursue eating God's diet. I now feel that health minister training would a big help because many people ask for my opinion or help with their situations.
In addition, the Hallelujah Diet healed my husband of escalated blood pressure and a medically high PSA level. Details regarding my 17-month trauma to triumph will be available in my forthcoming book - hopefully to be published soon.

After only three weeks on the Hallelujah Diet I was able to stop taking diabetic and uric acid medication and my blood pressure medication was cut in half. The doctor says that after I lose another ten pounds I probably won't have to take any medication.
