My husband and I started on the Hallelujah diet in Feb he stayed on the diet and I haven't. He started out weighing 225 and he now weighs 193 his blood pressure is down his headaches are gone and most of his stomach pain from distressed bowl syndrome is gone. He says he has more energy since he has stopped drinking coffee than before .We must juice 60 pounds of carrots a week .
