Greens are among the most nutrient dense and healthiest foods one can eat, giving us the most raw vegetable benefits. Thus, the more we can consume, the better. It is difficult to chew large quantities of greens, but by placing them in a smoothie, large amounts can be eaten. Additionally, they can be made very tasty by adding raw fruits and vegetables to the smoothie.
