Arthritis & Joint Pain
In June of 2004, I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes. One week later, I had my annual mammogram and a golf-ball sized mass showed up
There have been many changes and improvements in my life since discovering the Hallelujah Diet three years ago
I would like everyone to know this happiness. My mind remains clear and alert, while my heart shares positive emotions with everyone I meet. Yes, healing is possible, and I will add, our health is a responsibility that nobody else can take care of for us.
I got serious about The Hallelujah Diet in May 2002. Since then, the Rheumatoid arthritis has gone into remission, and I am off Methotrexate. Also, my periodontal gum disease has gone into remission.
After just a few weeks on this diet, my insulin needs started dropping from 50 units twice a day, down to 16 units once a day and my arthritis began to go away. After six months on the Hallelujah Diet, my cardiologist said: 'You have the arteries of a 20 year old.' Today, I can walk for an hour each day with a rollator. I go to the malls searching for a chance to witness to anyone who will listen about what the Lord has done for me and how the Hallelujah Diet has given me a second chance on life.
I have normal, regular bowel movements, unlike before when I was on the SAD (Standard American Diet), and I have lost all excess weight. I am now at the same weight I graduated from high school with, and have the same amount of energy I had then. If you offered me a million dollars I would not go back to the SAD.
Since then, I have been slowly working out of the Construction business, and Dorothy and I have recently jumped into the Health Ministry full time. Besides teaching our group and writing a weekly newsletter, we have a stand at a large Farmer's Market, and do Festival and Craft Shows, where we share with many people that God does not want them to be sick. Our vision is to one-day see Northeastern Pennsylvania become one of the healthiest places in America, next to your North Carolina, of course!
I started searching for a better way of life after my wife died from pancreatic cancer in 1995. During her sickness I started reading and searching to find answers
Within days of starting this diet I no longer take prescription muscle relaxers, pain killers, and anti-inflammatory drugs.
This doctor then went on to say that when his own wife ended up with cancer he asked her to try the Hallelujah Diet and she went into complete remission and has been free of cancer for years now. He strongly advocates this way of eating to his patients.
