This savory veg-smoothie is bursting with flavor. Combining 2 popular herbs, tart lime and creamy healthy fats, from almond butter and avocado, and you have an irresistible blended drink that may become a new favorite.

Ingredients

¼ cup fresh mint
¼ cup fresh basil
1 celery rib
¼ cup carrots
¼ avocado, peel and seed removed
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. almond butter
Sprinkle salt

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients into a smooth consistency
2. Serve in your favorite glass for enjoyment
3. Optional: Kick it up with a small slice of your favorite hot pepper.
