Cheese substitute can be used as a sandwich spread, a topping for baked vegetables, used on crackers, a dip for kids with a platter of bite sized veggie pieces.

Cheese substitute can be used as a sandwich spread, a topping for baked vegetables, used on crackers, a dip for kids with a platter of bite sized veggie pieces.

  1. Blend all ingredients until satiny smooth.
  2. Heat in a large pot, stirring constantly until thick.
  3. Put into a flat container and chill in the fridge.
  4. (Use as a butter or cheese replacement.)

    This recipe is a delicious cheese-like spread to enjoy on homemade biscuits! I and all my brothers and sisters really enjoyed it! More turned out from this recipe than I expected.
