Serves 2
This recipe is gluten free

  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 inch piece of cucumber
  • 2 cups spinach and/or kale
  • ½ a frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 T. hemp seeds
  • 1 T. chia seeds
  • Enough water to blend (usually 1-2 cups)

Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or other high-speed blender, and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
