- 1. Spread a couple tablespoons of hummus on a sprouted wheat tortilla.
- 2. Layer thin slices of cucumber, onion, avocado, tomato, and grated carrot.
- 3. Top with lettuce and roll up. You could also add sliced almonds and grated zucchini as well.
