Ingredients:
Pita Bread
Avocado (mashed)
A combination of your favorite vegetables
Your choice of: lemon juice, Celtic Sea Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh or dried herbs, salad dressing


Directions:

  1. Spread pita bread with mashed avocado and stuff with your favorite fresh veggies . . . diced tomatoes, sprouts, lettuce, celery, cucumber, shredded carrots, etc. Let your imagination run wild! 
  2. Add lemon juice, or Celtic Sea Salt, or extra virgin olive oil, or fresh or dried herbs, or your favorite healthy salad dressing.
