HALF OF CUBED CUCUMBER (SEEDS REMOVED)
ONE CUP OF FRESH ,FINELY CHOPPED HERBS:PARSLEY,GREEN ONIONS,CILANTRO, MINT AND DILL WEED

DIRECTIONS:
